What a jewel in the Sand! We'd previously been on the market with another estate agent in sleaford for over 6 months, at first we we're flooded with potential buyers and indeed did sell our house within a week but all was not as it seemed and the sale fell through. Then all went quiet and it seemed as if the estate agent had lost interest, sending anybody to view, even one's that hadn't required the house type we had on offer. The estate agent just took a back seat and we never heard from them unless we chased them. We decided to change agent's but they were all the same ,stuck in a rut with nothing new to offer service wise and dealt with you in the same archaic way. Then, our Gas engineer said why not try Jamsons, they are new to the area so could go the extra mile that we were looking for. I dismissed the idea because Jamsons we're new to the area with no proven track record. But the seed was in my head so I contacted Jaime for a chat. Jaime was calm, collected and friendly and agreed to look over our property. He looked over our property with us then went around on his own. He came up to us in silence and shook his head. I didn't know what was coming next! Jamie just said that he couldn't understand why our house hadn't sold. He gave us the run down of how Jamsons operate and left us to mull things over. There was a spark of interest from us, so we decided to engage with Jamsons and get our house on the market with them! Boom! What a breath of fresh air! Jamsons had only been open a couple of months and already had multiple sales under their belts. Jamie's enthusiasm was infectious From his no nonsense positive outlook,to his video walkabouts on the properties he's selling ( which it seems a few other estate agents are copying and doing now🤣) to the WhatsApp group chat he sets up with you. Jamie and his staff pull out all the stops regarding the service they offer and are relentlessly professional in the way they conduct business. They are always one step ahead of the game and sre so easy and friendly to deal with. There were several times had a few niggles over our buyers solicitors and asked Jamsons to intervene. ' No need to worry about it ' Tina said , 'ive already chased them this morning and the issueis solved.'! They literally are one step ahead of the game and light years ahead of any of their competitors in Sleaford. This is plain to see if you look around Sleaford. Back in January 2026, there was a babbling brooke of Jamsons sale boards and now in September there is a DELUGE of them! And more of them have sold on than Jamsons competitors seem to have. Jamsons sold out house within 2 weeks of going on the market and we completed in just under 4 months. I cannot recommend Jaime and the clan highly enough. First class service! Jamie really knows his stuff, from start to finish can't praise Jamsons enough. We sold to the first person who viewed our property due to the brilliant marketing it recieved. Obviously being involved in quite a lengthy chain wasn't exactly stress free but the care and attention paid by both Jamie and Tina (big shout out to Tina) was exceptional.
